A 24-year-old man was killed and nine other people wounded in a mass shooting on New Year's Eve in downtown Mobile, AL.

Police said it happened at around 11:15 p.m. and the man who was killed was just 24.

The other victims —ages 17 to 57 — were taken to hospitals with injuries ranging from non-life-threatening to severe.

Two businesses were also struck by gunfire. There are no known suspects at this time.
